Solar Schools
The Federal Government is offering every school a grant of up to $55,000 (including GST) to have a solar electricity (photovoltaic) system installed. Through the “National Solar Schools Program” your school can have up to a 6kW system installed absolutely FREE.
A 6kW system saves at least 11 tonnes of carbon emissions annually and will reduce the school’s electricity costs by thousands of dollars per year. This opportunity will also serve as a valuable educational tool for teaching students about renewable energy and sustainable living.
